Hand group

A popular poker method consists of grouping pre-flops hands to make decisions based on a small number of groups, instead of having to deal with thousands of different hands. PokerEval can display the group from your hand. The actual groups are the ones recommended by the famous poker player David sklansky, modified from a research project at Carnegie Mellon university.

The hand group is displayed next to the hole cards if you have selected Group in the Starting hand info drop-down menu of the configuration, you selected both hole cards and all flop/turn/river cards are face down.
